  • How do I know if I need respite care?

    If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unable to manage other responsibilities, it may be time to consider respite care. Even a few hours of support per week can protect your health and improve your ability to care for your loved one.

  • Do I have to be a professional caregiver to take your classes?

    No. Many of our community classes are designed for family caregivers with no prior training. Whether you’re supporting a parent, spouse, or grandparent, we’ll give you the tools and confidence to do it well.

  • Are there financial resources to help pay for care?

    Yes. Depending on eligibility, your loved one may qualify for state programs like the Kupuna Care Program, Medicaid waivers, or private grant assistance. We can help you understand what’s available and how to apply.
